The MIC was a great place to stay. The service was great. Nothing disturbed us during our sleep. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in our room but we managed without one. The hotel was very near to Euston Station. Breakfast was from 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock. The TV did not have many children's programmes and the remote control was a bit complicated. It was a long way to get from the Ground Floor to our room but it was fun opening and closing the doors for everyone to pass through. Everyone has a special card that you insert into your door and then quickly remove it to get inside your room. The beds were comfortable and you can sleep without any sound coming from next door. I have been using MIC for the last 4 years as a venue to run workshops for my clients who include some of the UK's largest organisations. I've always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond in order to ensure your stay is as comfortable and stress free as possible. When you combine this with the relaxed atmosphere, great location, excellent food (really excellent!), 4 star accommodation and very competitive rates it's difficult to find any other central London venue that delivers such good value for money. Over the past couple of years, we have held a number of LCCI networking events at the MIC Hotel and Conference Centre. We always receive extremely positive feedback from our members on the venue, quality of food and customer service levels. In fact, at our last event held in September 2010, a few of our members cited it to be “the best networking event they had ever attended”. In terms of the organisation, I find the team at MIC to be flexible, professional and accommodating whilst offering first class customer service. The venue is in a great location and has exactly the right ambience and atmosphere. Highly recommended! Kelly Yates, Event Manager, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. October 2010

Great staff who were very helpful and friendly. The food was perfect. The atmosphere is great here. Highly recommended. Lara Oyedele, ODU-DUA Housing Associat. September 2010

I had visited the MIC before to attend a business meeting in their superb concerence suite and was very impressed and decided that I would join as a member and take advantage of a good discount on their accommodation rates. In June 2010, my wife and I stayed at MIC for 2 nights. The accommodation was superb; on suite bathroom, Queen size bed, very quiet and they even provided bathrobes. MIC is very well located just 2 to 3 minute walk from Euston station where you can find a tube traiin to take you to Oxford street with just one stop or directly to leicester Square or to The Strand just a few stops away. So easy !! If you are coming in to Paddington station you can get the tube to Euston square and the MIC is just a 5 minute walk away. Even if you don't join MIC as a member and have to pay the full rate, it must be the best value in London. Roy Evans. August 2010

We chose MIC because of the brilliant reviews on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. My partner and i stayed here for 2 nights during July and its been one of the best places we have stayed in. The staff were very helpful with checking in. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom was also spotless and a good size. our room had air conditioning which we controlled, this was brilliant as it was really hot outside and we had a nice cool room. The hotel is only a minute walk from Euston yet you couldn't hear train from inside the hotel. The best part of the hotel for me was the breakfast, it was buffet sytle so you helped yourself. There was a choice of a full english, pancakes and waffles, cereal, yogart, fruit, toast and some other items i can't remebmber and you could have as much as you want. I will never stay at another hotel in London again and have recommended it to all my family and friends. Emma Roberts. August 2010

MIC is the perfect stop over hotel for my frequent business trips for the Family Doctor Association. The rooms are very clean with pleasant decor, lovely soft towels and quality furnishings. The rooms however were designed by a man! Some suggestions on how to improve. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom, a mirror on the wall behind the desk, moveable shower heads and a 5* improvement would be non fixed shower heads. The WIFI strength was very low so unusable when I stayed. Offering it FOC is a good point of difference. The breakfast offering is good; can the chef cook omelettes to order? The staff are pleasant and very helpful and the cleaning teams very cheery - which makes a pleasant change in the big city. I plan to become a member of MIC; perhaps your recepetion staff could encourage more frequent visitors to do so on repeat stays? All in all a little gem of a hotel. See you in 3 weeks!
