Luggage can be stored in our secure luggage room, which is located on the ground floor near reception. Luggage can only be stored for up to a maximum of 24 hours. Please contact our reception for further details. Note that unfortunately MIC cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property.

Cancellation policy: Our Cancellation policy: for bookings of 1 to 2 hotel bedrooms, MIC must receive written notification of cancellation by 10am, 24 hours prior to the arrival date; for bookings of 3 bedrooms our cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival; for group bookings of more than three bedrooms our policy is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy will result in full charges being incurred.

Credit cards: The following cards are accepted at the Hotel: American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

Children: MIC makes no additional charge for children 10 years old and under occupying the same guest room with parents or guardians (space permitting). Special rates may be available for two adults and two children 10 years of age and under occupying two rooms, subject to availability.
